Although our aim is for you to be pleased with your purchase, should you need to make a return, please be aware that you have a 7-day window from the delivery date to initiate the return process, provided that you meet the specified conditions outlined in this Return Policy Section.

We will issue a refund of the product value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding the original delivery charges) to you via your credit card or through online voucher, depending on the method of purchase.

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed. If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.

We will accept returns on your purchases provided:

• You have reported your concerns within 7 days from your date of delivery of your order.
• Products have not been opened or unsealed from its packing (other than where necessary to inspect).
• All tags and sew-in tags/barcodes must be attached.
• The original purchase receipt must be presented.
• The item has not been used in any way.
• The item is not damaged.
• You may be responsible for the return shipping costs, depending on the reason for the return.
• All products are inspected when we get them back to determine whether they are in original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Please note that we do not accept:

• Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear.
• Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed.
• Products without original packaging or labels.
• Products you purchased which were on sale and not defective in any way, or are tagged sold “as is”.

For any product which has a manufacturing defect or received in damaged condition:

You need to report the product damages within 24 hours from the time of receipt and share with us the video and images of unboxing the shipment box. Please note that handcrafted items unlike factory-made products always have some degree of variance. Please read the disclaimers carefully on the product page.

For products with manufacturing defects or received damaged, we will arrange for refund or to replace with the same product in good condition based on availability.
